Been missing from practice ???

The weather is great, get back out for a run on Tuesday Nights until 15's practice begins.

15's practice will begin on Tuesday September 2nd at 7.00pm.

The Mad Dogs finished out the inaugural Tola Sevens Competition in 6th place out of 26 teams that participated. Not a bad start and something to build on for next year.
